Askia is CEO of Fountain Entertainment Group, F.E.G. (formally Timeless Management), and Co-Founder & Head of Music of Connect Music Group, a distribution and publishing administration services startup that launched a $10 million fund for independent.
In addition to being a Music Entertainment Executive, he’s the brand manager representative for Afro Unicorn ™ , the first Black-Owned fully-licensed character brand in major retail celebrating representation, founded by visionary entrepreneur and CEO April Showers. artists. Including but not limited to A-list music industry artists, songwriters, producers, and executives.
Afro Unicorn ™ is a social conscious brand (currently available in Walmart and Target) with the mission to positively uplift and impact women and children of color. Askia is also a book publishing powerhouse who is extremely passionate about early learning for minority at-risk youth for which he created Fountain Venture.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with upstarts such as Mercenary Entertainment & Compound Entertainment alongside Grammy Award-Winning music artist Ne-Yo, as well as with Russel Simmons Music Group, Atlantic Records, and District 18 Entertainment/Warner Brothers.
